Only 6:30pm but I had to throw some water onto the fire and retreat into the van with my dogs. This wind is really bloody intense and I was worried about accidently setting off a big scrub fire. Plus its so damn cold and I almost lost my new huge wool scarf to the wind. Got everything tied and weighted down , just hope it all stays that way overnight. So now Im sitting in the back of the van on my bed watching the candle like its a friggen tv and listening to the wind with my dogs draped around me like warm hairy beanbags that keep trying to steal my crackers lol
