Only God retains His position permanently. But all others, stand the chance of loosing their positions. Its baffles me that: One maybe extremely rich today & a begger tomorow; a conqueror today, a conquered tomorow; a king today & a servant tomorow; a tenant today, a landlord tomorow; a husband today, a widower tomorow; a warload today, a war prisoner tomorow; living today & dead tomorow. Most of the aformentioned are verse-versa, but why this?; death today not alife tomorow. Life does not seek for our permission before readjusting our state of being. With the mentioned; should we now conclude that life is unfair? And so, can one be encouraged to make boast of who he/she is? where he is, what he has today? Knowing fully that the inverse of his stand today may or maynot be his stand-point tomorow. Make boast; but only in your Gods ability. And who then is your god? My God is a God that would have the ability to reverse my case; death yesterday, alife tomorow. So I boast today in my weakness(es), only in Him who is able to keep me stand above the aformentioned. Thank you, Jesus.
