Only half the joy today.. managed to catch one of the white females (my arms are a testament to that). Took her to the vet, large cage and all. They decided to keep her in there (smart move). Tried to get the other one into the crate and put a food bowl in it.. she walked in and as soon as I tried to close the door, this cat freaked! Managed to get out before I could latch the door. Im pretty sure its a lost cause to think shell come anywhere near the porch while Im on it.. for at least a couple days.. :(( Her spay voucher was only good for today and spay tomorrow... They had both white cats scheduled for the same day. If I dont catch her soon and get another voucher, there will be more kittens.. ... Im going through a 16lb bag of cat food every 2 1/2 days now and these babies are so far behind in their shots.. wish I could find homes for some of them. I definitely dont want to see any of them die in a shelter.. this grannie is praying for a miracle. Please Lord, let me catch the other female before 5:30 pm tonight!
