Only last week we had again London Labour run North Lanarkshire become the first Scottish Council to evict a tenant from their home due to council tax rent arrears . Even more disgusting was the fact the woman in qurestion was severly disabled suffering from scoliosis and arthritis.The 46-year-old was moved into the flat in Uddingston that had been adapted with a wheelchair ramp and handrails two years ago. Now North Lanarkshire Council has advised her that it intends to take legal action to remove her from the property prompting Scottish writer William McIllvaney to announce "Scottish Labour are dead " !!.
