The first step in this process is a survey, the results of which will be used to improve district operations and set goals for the future. The survey closes Friday, Oct. 17. Survey responses, which are anonymous, will be tabulated and shared with focus groups, school administrators and Meade School Board members. We want to find out about changes in the external environment of the district and the districts strengths and weaknesses, among other things, he explained.
