Oohh la la, I just made my best ever Yiah Thai curry I used half kilo green prawns Onion Zucchini Capsicum Kafa line leaves Coconut cream Half cup stock ( I used vege stock tonight but chicken would be fine ) Garlic I mixed prawns with garlic , teaspoon Yiah Thai & little oil then browned them slightly, then sat to the side. I then turned off stove & put in veges with another big spoon of Yiah ,I turned off heat to cool saucepan before adding coconut cream. Poured in cream then cooked slowly until veges cooked. Added prawns back in for a minute then turned off.
