Ooook. So yesterday I go to zumba with my wonderful teacher Jasmyne Williams...for an hour and immediately we go in to stretching and toning with awesome Rebecca Minggia Phillips...for an additional 30 min...now.. Im on the couch..very sore and hurting... now sis. Emma Magee..was the cheerleader and Tiffany Andrews..kept saying No Pain No Gain.. Tanya Whitley we are doing good.. bc we kept going yesterday. ..so if there is anyone that would like to get involve then join us at SBCC love church on cokey rd.. 2nd 3rd and 5th Saturday at 9am...and feel free to come early at 8am for prayer...:).
