Someone who has already worked at offshore would be the best. The existing candidate (whom we intend to replace) is having challenges fitting into global delivery model. JD: Should have 4 to 6 years experience in following: • Strong Expertise in VBA - Excel & Access, SQL, Unix/Linux • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in VBA-Excel application development • Strong SQL and relational database skills • Excellent communication skills in terms of onsite -offshore and Customer coordination/interfacing. • Good analytical and requirement gathering skills involving multiple vendors/teams. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Should be highly self-directed, a strong individual contributor and a strong team player.
