Open for comment! The City of Sydney’s proposal, Support for an Interest-Free Art Purchase Scheme currently on exhibition. On 15 September, Council resolved to exhibit the proposal to provide one-off seed funding to support the establishment of an interest-free art purchasing scheme operated by 10 Group. 10 Group, an established arts publishing business that also produces the successful Art Month, intends to pilot an interest-free loans scheme that enables the public to purchase artworks through established commercial galleries in and around the City of Sydneys local area.
