Open letter to CM Sir, There are good No. of employees who have been working in different ITIs of the state on various posts like Instructors, computer operators, asstts. etc. from last more than 7 years and providing technical education to the youth of the state. It is these Instructors who are making the youth skilled in various streams but unfortunately their own future is dark as they are not being considered for regularisation just for one term i.e Academic arrangement is shown on their orders. Sir, Since academic arrangements are made for one year or one session but here these instructors have been working continuously from the year 2005 on words without even single days break in service. they are working against clear vacancies of budgetary posts and deserve to be regularised. sir,be it known that this is the only group that bears requisite qualifications and appointed against advertisements on merit basis. Sir, It is high time to address their grievances by making little ammendment in the already existing act providing regularisation of contractual/ consolidated and adhoc employees as one time relaxation. hope will be considered sympathetically.
