Key Responsibilities: · To Manage entire Publisher Network and manage email campaigns end to end · Analyize and Present Campaign Reports to the Management on a Weekly Basis · Interact with Key Clients and understand their needs of the Campaign for customer retention and satisfaction · MIS & Monthly Reporting . Responsible for allocating Campaings to the Publisher based on past trends and performance .Responsible for increasing the Publisher Network, Negotiating rates, Finalising Payment Terms etc Key Relationships: . Be in Continus touch with the Sales Team to track the performance of the Campaign Negotiate the terms of an agreement with the Publisher Gather market and customer information by interaction with the Publishers Essential Skills & Experience: Skills · Strong negotiation and closure skills. · Strong communication and presentation skills to a wide variety of audiences. Good negotiation skills with a affinity for closure, Highly Competitive and Ambitious. Candidate should have good analytical skills and excel knowledge · Able to articulate a unique value proposition to various levels within a customer organization. · Able to coordinate with the Sales & Publishing Team Creative thinker, energetic and passionate self-starter that works independently without a lot of oversight and direction Must possess strong analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp business concepts and absorb/utilize market research Team player with outstanding interpersonal/organizational skills and tremendous attention to detail Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed manner having to liase with stakeholders across multiple teams, entities and geographies with very precise timelines Qualifications/Experience · MBA / PGDM (full time). · 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis/ Operations
