Opening In Operation Designation - Exe /Sr Exe Location - Malad Salary - From 12,000/- to 16,000/- In hand (Depending upon the experience) Nature of job - Shift (shifts 6.30 am to 3.30 pm & 3pm to 11pm) Age criteria - From 21 to 27yrs only Profile Job Summary: To process member updates received for Group Clients; to work under the direction of the supervisor to meet and exceed service related expectations of Group Clients Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Be primarily responsible for processing of member updates for Group Clients. 2) To perform reconciliation of clients data with company data. 3) To generate & send the reports for quality checking 4) To update the daily trackers for member updates 5) Responsible for co-ordination with other department & find resolutions. 6) To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Group Operations 7) To be entirely flexible with shift timing (Morning /Afternoon /General) 8) To carry out any other duties, functions and projects assigned from time to time by his seniors. Requirement Graduate /Post Graduate with first class grades Preferable if, worked on Group Asia system.
