Opening a federal civil rights case might be interpreted by politicos as being terrible for the democratic party, obama choosing race over rule of law, and bad for getting independents. Though will be good for a good amount of this nations. Profile in courage: will the obama administration put african american sentiment before politics. The democrats wont lose voters because of this case, might even gain in terms of being a black republican. Im for the case.
