Requisites: • Experience: 2 months to 3 Years • Excellent communication skills. • Learning attitude. • Self-motivated. • Good knowledge on Microsoft product support [Windows XP & 7, MS office suits, Outlook] • Knowledge on technologies like Windows 2008 server, Exchange 2010, VMware, AD,DNS,DHCP, Antivirus server etc.. • Knowledge in Networking and applications support (WI-FI, VPN) • Hands on experience on remote management tool (WebEx /BMC Remedy or VNC etc.) • Experience in MAC OS is much preferred. In brief: Strong knowledge/ working Skills in MS Suits + Windows OS+ Outlook preferred. Technical profile: a) Troubleshoot physically and also using remote management tool (WebEx /BMC Remedy or VNC etc.) b) Troubleshooting applications in MAC operating systems. c) Support Microsoft products [Like Windows XP & 7, MS office suits, outlook]. d) Basic networking and applications support (WI-FI, VPN). e) Trouble shooting problems independently. f) Basic networking jobs like trouble shooting routers, LAN / WAN configuration, port testing, & link testing for network connectivity. g) Troubleshooting of clients, network and servers.
