Installing, configuring desktops/laptops Qualifications: Education: Diploma/ Degree •Work Experience: 2- 3 yrs experience in IT infrastructure Management, Primary skill on Level-1 support and troubleshooting of the network & server related issues with respect to the projects/internal environment and good troubleshooting skills on Desktops/Laptops/Mid level server hardware . Work Requirements: • Basic understanding of the Network (LAN/WAN), switching & routing. Familiar with the basic configuration of routers, switches. • Basic Knowledge on Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 Server Installation, Configuration and Administration skills • Exposure on configuring and troubleshooting switching environment. • Group policy management. • Configuration and management File and Printer Server. • Managing and troubleshooting Active Directory Service • Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting of the network & Server related issues with respect to the projects/internal environment.
