On January 14th, from 6h00-9h00 join us for an evening of food and music! OperaChef is coming to our cooking school in Pierrefonds! In the company of chef-tenor Davide Bazzali and Provigo Le Marché executive chef Martin Patenaude, savour an authentic Italian dinner while enjoying opera arias and pop songs interpreted by Davide himself. The menu includes beet agnolotti with butter, sage, garlic and parmesan, ravioli with grilled vegetables, goat cheese and tomato with a finale of Italian meringue and chocolate mousse. The ambiance is further heightened with voice and accordion to create a romantic serenade of songs from O sole mio to La Bohème to Mamma, a passionate tango. Pasta Opera is a world of flavours, melodies, wonder, and happiness! Spaces are VERY limited! Participants learn the techniques, get the recipes, eat a meal and enjoy a wonderful evening!
