Minimum Requirements Qualifications & experience: Grade 12/ Matric Computer Literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & PowerPoint VIP knowledge Easy Roster Knowledge essential Computer literacy - Extensive Excel Experience Excellent communication skills in English essential(verbal and written), other spoken languages will be an advantage Professional telephone etiquette is essential At least 2 years administration experience essential Fraxion experience would be advantageous Job Specification Attributes and Critical Competencies: Ability to work unsupervised and to use own initiative Good organizational skills Presentable with the ability to portray the correct corporate image Team and task orientated Ability to work under pressure Good interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Time management Self motivated Ability to identify and solve problems - follow up and feedback Willing and able to work after hours if and when required The key work outputs will include: General office administration Administration duties include attendance registers, stock taking, HR Packs, Handovers Ensure Filing system is maintained accurately and kept up to date at all timeframes Assisting and following up on all staff queries Maintain and update of Systems Managing of leave -salaried staff Detailed monthly reporting Dealing with operations and related enquiries Deal with all documentation to be couriered Assist with employee packs and document control Assisting Operations and Contract Managers with adhoc functions as and when required to Assisting with the capturing/termination and changing of employee information on VIP Liaise with HR ,operations and clients (verbal and written communication) Typing of proposals, work schedules, letters and other documents Taking of minutes at meetings and disciplinary hearings Maintaining and Reporting faults on machinery Co-ordinating trainee interviews with Managers at Training Centre Co-ordinating and follow-up of casuals to job shadow at sites after training Completion of tender documentation pnet.co.za/index.php?s=advert_view&g=4961&x=2389338&i=232&pop=1
