Operations Manager - Nahdet Misr Publishing Group Nahdet Misr Publishing Group is now hiring Marketing Operations Manager. He will be managing a team of Marketing Coordinators. They will be providing support to the cross-functional marketing teams in all tasks and assignments. Job Responsibilities: 1. Managing the performance of the Marketing Coordinators to make sure they implement all assigned tasks as required. 2. Creating monthly report that illustrates the progress and performance of subordinates. 3. Providing assistance to Brand Managers and Communication Manager whenever needed. 4. Providing assistance to the Market Research team in collecting and analyzing data in addition to creating reports with the outcome. 5. Following-up the production phase of all the company’s’ products. 6. Coordinating and attending events and fairs with the marketing team. Below are the required qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience (2 them as a Supervisor). 3. Post Graduate study in Marketing is a plus. 4. Excellent command of written and spoken English Language. 5. Excellent Communication skills. 6. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. 7. Able to adjust to fast changing business conditions and is always result oriented. 8.
