Opinion by Abdirashid Mohamed Dahir: A long running bilateral talks between Mogadishu-based Federal Government and formerly Jubaland Administration which is now called as "Jubba Interim Administration" have finally produced "Consensus". Among 23 points of Agreement, the name, Jubaland was changed to Jubba Interim Administration with an existent duration of two years, also Ahmed Madobe is likely to be called "Leader" instead of calling him as president. Frankly Speaking, "Ahmed Madobe was deceived", for instance the management of Kismayo seaport and Airport will be handed over to Mogadishu, even Raskamboni Militias will be integrated into the so called Somali National Army (SNA) whose composition is yet inclusive. Farah Abdulkadir, who signed the agreement on behalf of President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is a clever engineer when it comes to pushing ahead with persuasive agendas. In June, this year he sat down with Ahmed Madobe in Addisababa but the talks hit a wall.......... Ahead of "Striking political move", we need to take decisive measures! Thank You
