The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Pursuing Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related areas – priority will be given to students going into their third year / fifth semester of enrollment; • Working knowledge of Java and systems development lifecycle; • Strong analytical, technical problem solving, planning and organizational skills; • Strong written/verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus); • Flexible, adaptable to change, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; • Committed to challenge & question the way things are done and seek improvements / new ways of doing things to maximize value add, optimize cost and minimize risk; • Ability to relate 1 on 1 and work inter-dependently with others - internal partners & colleagues as well as external clients & suppliers; • Ability to collaborate with others in a results-driven, team-oriented environment; • Passion for self-improvement and continuously acquiring new skills and abilities by working outside of the comfort zone.
