Opportunity, or temptation? Once we again we were approached by someone who is interested in buying my property, and this time its the realtor who is representing the beautiful log home we made an offer on two months ago! My home isnt even listed for sale! Wed decided to just sit tight here for awhile. Really wondering why we keep getting people contacting me about my property and what it all means! Is it a temptation being put in front of us to leave something we shouldnt, or is it continued opportunity being presented that we should be jumping on? So confusing! We dont want to keep maintaining horse property as we arent into horses anymore, but we also arent finding anything on property out there has the same combination of wonderful location, great property, and nice home. They only have one or two of those and we want all of those if we leave this place! I know it exists, but do we pass up another potential opportunity, or continue to enjoy what we have and just deal with the maintaining of property we arent really using? Argh!!!!!
