Opportunity to engage for Highly Skilled Engineers trained by IamSMEofIndia under its “Industry Integrated Training & Placement Program” (IITPP) We have launched a special Industry Integrated Training & Placement Program (IITPP), under which we adopt engineering students from various Institutions and mentor them for 3-6 months by provision of Apprenticeship, Industry Integrated & Personality Development training and prepare highly skilled engineers for specific fields/areas required in the industry. Currently, we have adopted a batch of 30 B.Tech students, whom we are training: B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering-EE)-12 Numbers B.Tech. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering-EEE)-05 Numbers B.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering-ECE)-09 Numbers B.Tech. (Mechanical-MEC)- 04 Numbers We invite Industries to engage our IITPP students as an “Apprentice” in your industry for 5 months. We are individually training and grooming these fresh engineers so that they add value to your enterprise during his engagement with your company from day one. Theyll work in your enterprise Monday to Friday noon. On Friday, second half and Saturday, Full day, well train them at our Center in various aspects: Shopfloor Management, Quality Standards, Ener Efficiency, Lean Manufacturing, MS Office, Personality Development etc. Well further train these engineers to meet your specific areas requirement.
