Opportunity to make things happen in banking awaits Job offer: Nedbank Lesotho Limited Chief Financial Officer: Head Office To report to: Managing Director Purpose of the job: To manage the bank’s financial performance and assist in making decisions to maximize shareholder value. Required outputs: Produce annual budgets and quarterly forecasts which are aligned to the bank’s strategy. Manage the bank’s financial and regulatory reporting. Maximize NII and NIR through optimum Assets and Liabilities Management (ALM). Ensure that daily and monthly GL reports are properly reviewed. Ensure that all applicable government Taxes are compiled with in accordance with Tax laws and Regulations. Ensure that Finance policies and related processes and procedures are in place and effectively implemented. Lead and manage the Finance Department Team. Qualifications and Experience: Chartered Accountant or equivalent. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as Chief Financial Officer or in a similar position.
