Oprah accepted the challenge. My grandmother, Lily Hamlett-Cunningham died from ALS in 1974. I knew it as Lou Gehrigs disease but had no idea what it was. I saw the effect of it on her and felt helpless at the age of 16 not understanding what was happening to my beautiful grandmother. Recently, with the las 10-15 years Ive heard of others who have/had ALS. Take the time to find out what it is or make a donation. No ice challenges from me
