We deeply regret the tragedy that happened to the little boy who was, apparently, killed by dogs and we are sorry that we have to tell you that your action is due since too long! You are the ones to blame in case of incidents with stray dogs in which citizens come to damage, and not the abandoned, homeless dogs who find themselves on your streets with no fault of their own. But if you insist in applying the same methods of dog mass murder that have been conducted in Romania for 20 years and which did not solve the problem, the risk will remain permanent. Countless animals will have died in vain because nothing will have changed. The horrible law you have just apprroved will only show the world that Romanians are incapable of implementing civilized, modern, and humane methods to prevent the proliferation of stray dogs. For years and years a law which would have made the sterilization of dogs mandatory has been blocked by those who did not find any financial advantage in reducing the number of dogs they can kill with impunity , while receiving public money to manage the stray dogs populations in their towns...Count less international organizations have offered FREE HELP...yet , NO most mayors have decided that KILLING will benefit them better...what would happen is there arae NO MORE strays on the streets and the public money for this issue would be cut ????? the entire wolrd will learn the truth behind this MONSTROUS decision, will learn about the ABUSES , the TORTURE and THE KILLING of strays dogs in Romania, on the streets and in shelters, the "stray Dog Business in Romania, and the consequances will be suffered by all people in Romania...You have TARNISHED, once agains the imagie of your country. The TRUTH behind the sinister legalization of the extermination of stray dogs, the disgraceful use of the tragedy of a little boy, the ciminal negligence of his grandmother and the stray dog business in Romania... Today you return your face towards HATE, you encourage VIOLENCE and CRIME, today you teach our children that death is the key to their happiness and our peace!Your elected officials in Parliament voted today the genocide! I ask from the bottom of my heart everyone who sustain life to protest against this barbaric decision. Romania must be punished hard for this immoral decision! Do all you can to change this, that the city where you live not to be related to a city in this country of criminals! Please help this dogs who are sentenced to death without any guilt!
