Orange Police Recent Arrests/Citations************************ Date & Time: 12/17/2014 @ 2209 hours Location: Lambert Road Arrested: Matthew Muir, 5/4/1982, 92 Mohawk Trail, Guilford Charges: Violation of a Protective Order Court Status: Held on $2500 bond, court date 12/18/2014 Arrested: Kimberly Clark, 9/8/1981, 560 Lambert Road, Orange Charges: Violation of a Protective Order Court Status: Held on $2500 bond, court date 12/18/2014 Officers responded to a private residence on Lambert Road in regards to a disturbance. Officers learned that both parties had protective order issued against them barring them from being around the other. Both were subsequently taken into custody and charged. Date & Time: 12/18/2014 @ 2112 hours Location: Lambert Road Arrested: Matthew Muir, 5/4/1982, 92 Mohawk Trail, Guilford Charges: Violation of a Protective Order Court Status: Held on $5000 bond, court date 12/19/2014 Officers received a complaint of a violation of a protective order. Officers learned that after being arrested for violating a court order the day before, the arrestee sent fifteen text messages to the complainant, in violation of the order. The arrestee surrendered himself at police headquarters, where he was taken into custody and charged.
