Order, protocol and structure are companions of a successful vision. The fact that you are on backing vocals does not mean you are not good enough for the leading vocalist role, No. But this time somebody else is leading. Look at Moses and Aaron. When they went to Egypt Aaron was 83 and Moses 80 years old but God was giving instructions to Moses to the point where in exodus 8:16 the Lord said to Moses say to Aaron ,. You wanna ask couldnt God had just spoken to Aaron straight? Of course, but God is a God of order.
