Ordered a munch there from Donatellos and when the delivery guy arrived he forgot part of the order (the curry) Simple fix i said so i rang the shop at 8:10pm (just when i noticed they forgot the curry) 8:35pm still nothing so i rang back to say the food is now gone cold, I had a few chips from the box as i was waiting originally for the curry to be sent up (which is would be up to me in 5mins they told me) Explained to the person when i got through that the curry arrived just there (while i was speaking to her, 25mins after i rang to inform them they forgot it) and that the rest of the food has since gone cold. All i asked is if the food could be replaced due to their error in not delivering the complete order first time round and i wasnt prepared to eat cold food Girl on the phone was more than helpful and tried her best but the manager in the background was having none of it, he then came on the phone and said no replacement food would be given and all he can say is sorry about that, things like this sometimes happen. Absolutely disgraceful customer service to be told that by a manager in charge of the shop I asked then could i have an email address to make a complaint and he gives me his own email address lol Absolute joke
