Ordered the Sampler Platter tonight from Orlandos with 2 salads.....enjoying a night in with just me and my husband.....was told it would be an hour.....finally delivered an hour and 25 minutes later.....missing a salad which the manager Logan was to credit back to our card.....I ate the salad that was delivered, and started to eat the pasta and it was cold......when I called back and got a different manager, Jeff.....he informed me he could not send us out another sampler.......could leave a message for the owner and see what they said tomorrow....I informed him that we are not going to eat this and they could pick it up and credit the order back to our card...well, they can certainly do that, but not replace our order with a hot fresh one....makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever.....sad, cause I really enjoy Orlandos but it will be a LONG time before we eat there again, if ever.
