Oregon man has transformed a Boeing 727 into a home after rescuing it from scrap heap !! Bruce Campbell, of Portland, Ore., picked up the passenger jet 15 years ago spending total of $218,000 and set it in pretty, if very grounded, views of the woodland around him. He now spends six months of the year sleeping on a futon in an aeronautical home. “I think most people are nerds in their hearts in some measure. The point is to have fun,” he said.
