Oreo Bites: One package of double stuffed Oreo One package of soften cream cheese (8 oz) Two baking semi sweet chocolate chips Remove the stuffing but DO NOT THROW IT. Put it in a large bowl. Put the chocolate cookie in food processor, grind it well. Hand mix the cookie, stuffing and cream cheese. Hand roll, put in freezer for 15 minutes or more. Melt chocolate chips. Dip the hand roll mixture into the melted chocolate. Put back in freezer for couple of minutes. All of it will be gone within five minutes!
