Organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, and other healthy plant foods are a very important part of our diet, but they do not compare to the nutrient density of super foods. In my own diet, I eat fruits and vegetables primarily for flavor, fiber, and bulk, not for deep levels of nutrition. When it comes to real nutrition, only superfoods can meet and exceed all requirements. Note: Im finally realizing this myself. I cant believe the difference I feel from having the highly nutrient dense foods like maca, cacao, goji berries, spirulina... what a difference these make
