Other than the fact that the republicans wanted a year moritorium on the program as businesses got, I feel Obama would have given the year pass, however the politics came into play, ergo we will probably have anothe sequester and this time will be about 9% way over what it was in 203, health and welfare departments as well as pre-school education will be the hardest hit.. then we have the 2014 election cycle, and then what?
