Our 30 day crunch challenge starts Monday, June 30th, 2014. Day 1- 30 crunches (For everyone that has been with the group remember to plank as long as possible, do our 250 squats and our 100 push ups. If you are new to the group and want to also do this please do so. Join right in!) Team, please remember that the goal of this group isnt to strain and hurt ourselves, it is to get healthy/fit. Please only do a little more than you think your body can handle, to push yourself, but NO MORE, dont break/hurt yourselves, because as Ive learned, it is much harder to repair a hurt body part than to just stop before overexertion and rest. Strains and sprains and NO FUN. Please dont push too far. Note: If you need to wear knee, arm, leg, ankle braces, etc. PLEASE DO...... I DO! If you need to wear a waist trimmer to either aid in trimming your waist OR supporting your back, please do...... I DO! I was using the Golds Gym waist trimmer but read that it contributes to cancer.......lawwddddd...... I never did read the box when I took it out since Ive used waist trimmers in the past. This proves that it is absolutely necessary to read each and everything we use even if we think we KNOW. So I did some searching on Amazon for a better HEALTHIER one. I found and ordered the McDavid 491 Waist Trimmer based on the reviews. It looks to be more geared to men but it will provide the support I am looking for and the reviews seem to indicate that it will also contribute to some slimming (Hey Now). LOL! It should be delivered today. So after using it next week I will be able to provide some feedback. Get ready for next week.....lets do this...... #GoTeam #TeamFit (Sorry for the dissertation)
