Our Administrator thanked all the staff members of Our University for helping the University to secure A Grade in a meeting convened in the Sastri Hall today evening. Our Registrar elaborated the efforts of Our Administrator and thanked all the stakeholders in his welcome address. IQAC Director and the Dean, Faculty of Agriculture elaborated the impressive presentation of Professor Shiv Das Meena and detailed the efforts taken by the IQAC for NAAC Peer Team Visit. He lauded and thanked the Administrator for his leadership and the employees for their splendid cooperation. NAAC Coordinator generously thanked for the freedom given in executing the onerous task of preparing many reports and specifically thanked the family members of employees who tolerated the absence of their family members for a prolonged period. JAC Joint Convenor stressed the importance of JAC struggle (which was even appreciated by many courts) in laying foundation for this A Grade. He specifically thanked sanitary workers who worked tirelessly and kept the campus neat and tidy. He also elaborated the uniqueness of our University and stressed that we should not compare our University with any other University. He also stressed the importance of IQAC and compared it with our heart. He said that to stay healthy, we need to keep the heart (IQAC)Healthy. Our Administrator thanked all the stakeholders of this University for helping to get A Grade. He thanked the unofficial presentation committee which prepared his slides well. He accepted that every time he fumbled few places in the mock sessions. But in the final presentation he did exceedingly well because he felt the presence of 14000 families with him. He asked that how can I fumble with this enormous support. He thanked Registrar, IQAC Director, NAAC Coordinator, Deans, Mock team members, committee members, students and alumnus for all their support and cooperation. He told that it was a great learning experience and we should continue to work hard to improve further as per the very diplomatic suggestions made by the NAAC Peer Team. In his impressive and emotional speech he also stressed the power of plenty and how that perceived disadvantages can be turned into advantages. He specifically mentioned the strategy of IQAC Director in nominating two student members in the IQAC which paid rich dividends.At the end of his great speech, the invitees on and off the dias gave standing ovation to our beloved Administrator. For myself it is truly an emotional event and fully moved by the turn of events. At the end the Dean, Faculty of Arts proposed the vote of Thanks. It was a perfect vote of thanks to match the occasion.
