Our Appointment With God: There is nothing more important on our daily calendar than our appointment with God. We need that special one-on-one time with Him every morning for wisdom, guidance and direction. Some skip prayer altogether rationalizing that they simply dont have the time, but that excuse just doesnt make sense. Without communicating with our heavenly Father, we would not have a clue as to how to even go about our day and accomplish everything we need to do! Think for a moment about the life of Daniel, who held a very high position in the king’s court. He was extremely busy, yet he made time to pray . . . not once, not twice, but three times a day - And God blessed him abundantly for his faithfulness! Just like Daniel, divine help is available to us too – but the key to success, real joy and contentment, is to never miss our daily appointment with God! Text: Prov 3:6, Is 30:21, Ps 32:8
