Our Baltimore County Animal Control and Shelter is located at 13800 Manor Rd in Baldwin, MD. Yes, IT IS OUR SHELTER because it is tax payer funded! This animal control, animal shelter and their employees have critical information you NEED and REFUSE to make it public! BCAC & staff do not take pics of incoming animals and refuse to allow the volunteers to take pics of them until they are vetted. These pics must now be approved by the shelter mgmt. before being shared.
