Our *Budapest granddaughter and Atman PFF daughter received her first BC at the Cache Creek Ride last Saturday. She placed 2nd and also had the high vet score. I was told no one else was even close. Aria Mias Dam, Serenade, is out of Shomani and by *Budapest. We are especially grateful to our crew and our trainer Ryan Sulonen. Ryan taught Mia to jump. (not on this ride though). There were almost 90 horses starting this 50 mile ride and many of the competitors were seasoned veterans. Sadly, we have been unable to register Mia as a full Shagya since her sire was never registered or shown for breeding approval. It was a well organized ride and loads of fun. Some good cowboy friends even had a wedding on Sat. night. Dale and Ninja PFF had a strong finish at 25th and terrific vet scores. Hes training for a 75 mile ride at Washoe Lake in Nevada in 2 weeks.
