“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people - TopicsExpress

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people (under the umbrella of Christianity). It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”– John Adams, second president of the United States. The right time to do the right thing is right now, and America is waiting. It is time for the re-establishing of who we are as a “republic,” “one nation under God” (the Christian religion), “indivisible” (undividable, unbreakable) with “liberty” (freedom to do the things that we ought to do) and “justice” (according to the Moses, whose image is part of our Supreme Court Building) for “all” (even people of other faiths such as Keith Ellison so long as they abide by the laws of OUR land). Martin Luther King Jr. said, “I must admit that I was initially disappointed in being so categorized (as an extremist). But as I continued to think about the matter, I gradually gained a bit of satisfaction from being considered an extremist. … [Was not] Abraham Lincoln [an extremist]: ‘This nation cannot survive half slave half free.’ [Was not] Thomas Jefferson [an extremist]: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.’ So the question is not whether we will be extremists, but what kind of extremists will we be. … Will we be extremists for the preservation of injustice or [will we be extremists] for the extension of justice?”
