Our Fall Fit Body Challenge is returning this October! As we work out the final details for registration, here is a sneak peek of whats to come! This 6 week challenge will change the composition of your body. We will help you to burn away excess fat and gain lean muscle! Every week the challenge will target a major muscle group (legs, chest and back, triceps, biceps, shoulders, core) to help increase your lean muscle tissue. You will not “bulk up,” but will raise your metabolism by increasing lean muscle mass, which will allow you to burn more calories at rest. Watch for all the details coming SOON!
