Our First RR Live Daily Progress Tip: When you are really sore after a workout and need a good massage to stretch your muscles, then try a foam roller. Rollers are a great way to get the knots out of your muscles and help your body recover from a workout by easing pain and discomfort. Using a roller can also help improve your circulation and increase your blood flow, while increasing your flexibility and quality of movement. Foam rollers are lightweight so they are very easy to store and travel with. They are great to keep around the house and are a great tool to use when you have a few free minutes or sitting in front of the television and need a quick stretch. Below is a quick video of me using a foam roller to stretch out the Iliotibial Band one of the areas that needs some intense stretching after working out, foam rollers are the perfect way to do that.
