Our Howard County MD chapter just got the following response to its petition from their local School Board: The HCPSS has commissioned the School Start and Dismissal Time Charter Committee to explore existing school start times, study the impact of changing start times, and identify initial options and alternatives for start times. The first report will be presented to the Board of Education in the Fall of 2014.
