Our Kindergarten students learn to use stencils in their artworks in class - enabling them to create images or patterns that could be difficult to do by hand. Stencil (n.): a device for applying a pattern, design, or words to a surface, consisting of a thin sheet of material from which figures or letters have been cut out and then filled in with paint, markers, pencils, or ink.
