Job Requirement: o Ability to understand and analyze project requirements and translate into specifications and programming deliverables o Work with software engineers and senior management to enhance existing applications and build additional applications as we grow o Desire to be a key player on a small, early, growing team that is building some great o products for the manufacturing industry o Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities o Ability to execute and deliver to tight guidelines and schedules o Self Motivated and ability to lead team independently Skills: o Hands-on experience in designing and building of complex enterprise applications. o A deep understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies,architecture,configuration,deployment and performance. o Sound understanding of OOP and OOD concepts. o Familiar with TDD (Test Driven Development). o Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts. o Exercise proficiency in .Net technologies including C#, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, NHibernate, StructureMap, AutoMapper, Log4Net, ReSharper, TeamCity.
