Our ReCrearte Program Reaches Over 2,000 Dominicans in 2014. The ReCrearte program (r3crearte.org), an initiative of the Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD), far surpassed the 30 workshops it had set as a goal in early 2014, and , thus, has benefitted more than 2,000 people in the Dominican Republic. A total of 85 workshops, which involved members from all walks of life and empowered the most marginalized groups of society, took place in 60 neighborhoods and communities across the country.
