Our Ref: MFA/ALM/4/2014 30 July 2014 To MFAA Members, RE: Alumni Dairy Project Reference is made to the above subject matter and my past communications through other modes of communication, more specifically facebook. To recap, we already have ksh. 240,000 cash in the bank, and space/ land to carry out our Dairy Project. Thanks to ACFC and Parents of Muhoroni Furaha Primary School. Alumni’s fundraising was held on 29th July, 2014. Out of the 6 members in attendance, 4 were members of Alumni executive and we managed to raise Ksh. 7,550. Considering previous funds drive by the executive to the members, the alumni bank account now contains Ksh. 20,450. In total the money we have for the dairy project is now Ksh. 260,450. We hope to raise more money by 15th August, 2014 which is new deadline set by the school. Members of the executive will be going to Muhoroni in the last week of August 2014 to kick start this project. This is therefore your final opportunity to be in the books of this new initiative as Alumni make the step to give back to their foundation.
