Our Saviors Church where I attend, is in a series about Heaven - TopicsExpress

Our Saviors Church where I attend, is in a series about Heaven this past two weeks. This is something the Pastor talked about today - which I had heard of in passing, but thought to investigate further after some of the clips we have seen in church about people who seem to have had some experience in near death. Ive also recently been able to watch Heaven is for Real as well as God is Not Dead - which have all helped me to rebuild my perspective after hitting a bit of a why do bad things happen to good people juncture on my path. Heaven Is For Real Ministries These movies along with Revolution Road 1 & 2, The Encounter and Facing the Giants have been on rather continuous loops for the last 10 days as my prayer life has also reached a level that I have honestly, never experienced. I am blessed in so many ways - but can say that I have felt the results of my prayer - as well as the comfort of many who simply took a moment here or there to pray or to stop by here and encourage me. God, prayer, reading my Bible - casting a vision for what Id hope God can bring, acting in Faith to prove my belief and to call The Holy Spirit into action as the helper that Christ left us all - has already produced results that I honestly cant count here - they have already been so numerous. Sometimes when we pray - I think Gods answer is to break everything you thought you knew into a million tiny pieces - so you can never reach for your old ways again. There is great struggle in the days between the breaking - and the remaking - but I am so blessed to be able to say - I can see Gods hand in all of it. He is doing things I can not possibly understand. So even if He DID answer the non-stop questions I have had these past weeks - I am now aware that His answers would simply be above my ability to comprehend. So trust, belief and Faith - will have to be enough to get me through - until the blessings start to manifest in flesh, and in this world. I am grateful to God as I post this - beyond anything that words could do justice. My Bible is my sword & my shelter as I pray my way through. Someday I hope to be able to speak on the miracles in my life these past weeks. Good night. Troy Leger
