Our Star Sky Guide Wayne Mansfield announced that the Queens Astronomy Group will be hosting a viewing event on Sat. June 21st for Privateer Days, Liverpool, Nova Scotia! Heres what they announced: Well, Privateer Days are soon here and we will be setting up at least three telescopes in the Park on Saturday evening 21 st June.I will have my 8,another gentleman by the name of Phillip Bentley is coming with his 10 and Tony Schellinck will be there with his 16 scope.Ill be there around 7 PM,maybe to see some Sunspots.Just after Sunset,well check out Jupiter and later Mars and Saturn.If you have a scope and wish to bring it,please do.If you dont have one,no worries, come on down to the Pirate Ship in the Park,bring your family and friends! (that means all of us!)
