Our Trip to Europe, and UK, including Dublin Island, was amazing. Some of the hi lites. Rome was great with incredible history. Florence was, I found a beautiful city found it far more enjoyable. Holland Amsterdam was great, obviously a lot more developed and busier than my trip in 1985. We visited all the Hard Rock Cafes in all the Cities. Hard Rock Café London was special as we got the opportunity to spend time in their vault that housed all the guitars and memro of the best Classic Rock Stars of all time, plus we visited Beatles Abbey Road Studios as well.. Obviously the cherry on the top for me was our visit to Dublin, were we got to spend a few hours with Thin Lizzys Phil Lynotts Mother, Philomena Lynott. She shared some amazing stories, as we sat in his room filled with memro and his gold and platinum discs. Plus she gave me some gifts like his poetry book a statue of him etc. All in all a true gift of a trip for me and my special lady in our 27th Year married.
