Our Victoria waterfront correspondent, Murray Polson, has captured a series of images of the operation of vessels operated by the Pacific Pilotage Authority who carry British Columbia Coast Pilots to and from deep sea vessels operating on the coast. These vessels move personnel efficiently and effectively in all weather and throughout the clock and calendar.
